I've Just Discovered Sardinia

My friend and I recently looked for a last minute week away and decided on the italian island of Sardinia.

Wow, were we in for a pleasant surprise? Sardinia is unspoilt, with stunning mountain scenery and the most incredible beaches with crystal-clear waters. With the addition of low cost flights it is sure to get busier although the island are holding a firm grim on new developments ensuring they are 'in keeping' with the island's culture and landscape.

Many of the italian residents speak English and all those we came across were friendly and keen to help.

We stayed in Solanas, east of Cagliari. Any suggestions as to where to visit next on the island? I can't wait to go back.
